Import Revolution - 2003

The last show of the year brought everyone out, even in the cold Tacoma weather. Kansai was there with a handful of right-hand drive cars, including a EG civic, a Type-R, an S-14, and a brand new Integra (RSX here). Aside from the infamous event involving a civic hatchback winning best wagon, the show went off without a hitch.
Hot Import Nights - July 2003

HIN was back again for the second time this year. This show seemed a little less packed than its previous show a few months before. However, the level of cars had gone up since, making this Hot Import Nights probably the best that Seattle has seen so far.

Canada shows always prove to be some of the most fun shows of the year. Import Showoff was no exception. With Canada shows brings a completely different group of cars. With some of the top Northwest cars crossing the border, combining with some of the nicest cars in the greater Vancouver area, it makes for some of the best quality cars appearing under one roof.

This is the second time HIN has ventured to Seattle. Providing last years HUGE show, 2003 was just as big. The show featured over 200 cars and quite of a lot of people spectating. HIN outdid themselves from the previous year and we look forward to the next show in July.
Global Import Car Show - 2003

This is the second year for the GICS show. Mospeed and KUBE93 Radio brought it back for another run. With over 200 cars and a packed Tacoma Dome, Warren G rocked the crowd. Check out pictures from GICS 2003.
Acura of Seattle Show - 2003

Acura of Seattle's annual local car show is a place to chill out and check out some of the local competition for the year. We saw many nice Honda's and Acura's in the lineup, as well as the newly debuted Acura TSX.

Starting in 2001, Urbanasian.com teamed up with Team Mospeed to host summertime BBQ’s at Marymoore Park in Bellevue. Once Importmix.com was started it became an Importmix/Mospeed BBQ. Bringing out cars from all over the Puget Sound, everyone sat around in the nice summer Washington weather and enjoyed BBQ while discussing everyone’s favorite topic: cars. The events brought out some of the northwest’s best cars and great people.

Importmix Night Races 2002

In 2002, Importmix.com worked together with Pacific Raceways (SIR at the time) to host a series of events that would allow the import crowd to get some quality racing in for a cheap price, while taking it off of the street. While these events only happened for one year, they were very successful. We saw many great cars run over the year at these events, including a sub 12 second run from Alex Cheang in his 1993 Nissan Skyline. Team Mospeed repp’ed at the track, with Ryan and Matt both racing their civics.
Import Life Episode 2

Another big show from Allie Persetz of Impulse Productions. Following her debut Import Life Episode I, comes II. With a huge array of cars and plenty of things to do, this made for a very fun car show.
Import Jam - 2002

After the success of the first year, the second year of Import Jam proved again to be a great show. Bringing out all the cars again from the year prior, word got out about the quality of this show and the attendance numbers rose. Garage SPL was out again with their R32 and two R33’s among some of their other cars. A lot of the same Northwest crews were out in full force, including Team Menace, Exotik Phantasy’s, NW Nismo and many others. Again the sun and the increase in attendance made this another successful show.
Import Challenge - 2002

Impulse Productions along with Dan Cyr Entertainment comes Import Challenge. This import showcase car show was set next to the infamous Portland Roadster Show. For the first time, seeing imports in the same venue of old roadsters and hotrods was something that will never be forgotten.

Mospeed travelled to IAS down in Cali for one of the biggest import car shows of the year. Fellow team member's had a few cars showcased and the rest of us checked out all the latest and hottest cars and gear available.

Following in the foot steps of Import Revolution, Vision brought us the famous HIN show to Seattle. Thus making it one of the biggest and most entertaining car shows to date in Seattle. The car show competition was sold out, and the crowd had already started lining up around the block outside hours before the doors had opened!

Following success with Import Jam 1 and 2, Mospeed teamed up with KUBE93 radio to bring on the biggest car show platforms to Seattle. A car show and concert in the same venue at the same time. World reknown artists Jurassic 5 played live on stage to over 300 cars and a massive crowd!
Sittin Pretti Car Show - 2001

Sittin Pretti's annual car show is more built for lowriders, but Imports were offered a place in the show as well. Jason and team showed up and took home several trophies. It was a rather small show, but a decent one at that.
SEMA SHOW 2001

Miracle on Elliot Street - Xmas Toys 4 Tots

Team Menace and Team Mospeed came together with other teams to support the Toys 4 Tots christmas toy run. This provided a good vibe for the import industry helping spread the christmas cheer over the radio.
Import Revolution 2001

Bringing the very first Vision Entertainment event to Washington state, Import Revolution was the stepping stone for Washington main stream events. Cars and crews from all over the Northwest came out to support the scene and show the country what the Northwest is all about. With cars that no one would expect to come from up here, such as a slew of highly modified Supras, a few Skylines, a plethora of clean civics and a group of high end luxury cars, the Northwest scene finally started to be recognized.

Allie from Impulse Productions wasn't hesistate to capitalize on the recent array of car show springing up around the Northwest. Her first ever car show was packed full, and brought in many spectators from around the Northwest.
Import Jam - 2001

Held at Jackson High School, Import Jam was one of the first outdoor car shows around the Northwest. Bringing in cars from all over Washington, some from Oregon as well as some from Canada. PPI brought out a few of their cars, Garage Five bringing a whole crew down from Canada. Garage SPL showed up with their blue Nissan Skyline GT-R. The sun and lots of great cars made this show a very successful one.

Fast and Furious Premiere

Jason's old Audi A4 was featured in the first of the two movies. For the Seattle premiere, his car was parked out in front of the theatre for everyone to see.
Car Toys Tent Sale Show - 2001

Car toys decided to have a small car along with its success from their test run show a few months earlier. Along side its famous Tent sale, featured some of the hottest imports from the Northwest.

One of the first shows put on by the car toys team. This was a small show but with a good turn out and good mix of cars who's main focus was their in car entertainment. Beaware these pictures were shot with a desposable camera.
Boom - Canada - 2001

Boom Canada provided a different venue finally for car shows. A lot of top notch imports from Vancouver showed up to this packed event. And in the end, it was up to Jason's A4 or the Vader Civic Hatchback for best of show. The outcome is still up in the air to this date.
Emerald City Showoff 2000
